The world-class Gaylord Opryland Hotel and Convention Center is located on the banks of the Cumberland River, in the heart of Nashville, TN—known worldwide as Music City, USA. Gaylord Opryland is a short 10-minute drive from Nashville's International Airport. Shuttle service and car service are available from either airport to the hotel. Hertz is a Gaylord Hotels preferred partner for car rentals, offering discounts for Gaylord Opryland guests and with a counter conveniently located right in our main Cascades Lobby.
Rate: $99 per night plus taxes and a $15 daily resort fee for a Traditional Single/Double room. (I'll see if I can help get upgraded rooms once we get closer *wink)
Parking: Reduced to $13 per day
Distance: It's going to be a drive to all wedding activities, but if you've always wanted to stay this is the time and more importantly the room rate/deal to do it! The hotel is 13 miles from the Church and Green Hills activities (20 minute drive) and 20 miles from all Brentwood/Cool Springs activities (25-30 minute drive).
Reservations: Call in reservations directly to 615-883-2211, identifying as part of Patterson/Blair Wedding Room Block or Group Code X-PATBL. You can start making reservations on Monday, 12/26. The cut off date for the group rate is Monday, January 23, 2012. After this date all rates will be subject to availability and prevailing rack rates.
Transportation from the Airport: Gaylord Opryland offers daily round trip shuttle service from the Nashville International Airport to the Hotel. Upon your arrival to the airport, you can find the Gaylord Opryland Welcome Desk on the lower level of the airport between the two escalators. An agent can assist with your travel needs and ticket purchase, or you can use our kiosk, which is conveniently located at the welcome desk. If an agent is not available to provide assistance, you can find the Hotel's shuttle located immediately to the left as you exit the front door of the lower level of the airport.
Daily shuttle schedule 5 a.m.-11 p.m. with daily express shuttle service: 11 a.m.-7 p.m. (departs every 20 minutes). Cost is $40 per person, roundtrip fare or $30 per person, one-way fare. Guests 65 and older and children under 12 receive a discounted rate of $28 for round trip fares and $18 one-way fares per person. Children under 4 are complimentary.

Distance: Four Points in right in the middle of all the action off of I-65 on Old Hickory Boulevard in Brentwood Tennessee. The hotel is 7 miles from the Church and Green Hills activities (less than a 15 minute drive) and 6 miles from all Brentwood/Cool Springs activities (less than 10 minute drive).

Transportation from Airport: Nashville Metropolitan Airport (BNA) is approximately 15 miles from the Four Points. They do offer a Airport Shuttle for a fee of $25-35 per person based on number of people in the vehicle. It runs 24 hours a day and is a 20 minute shuttle ride. Shuttle service is available outside of the baggage claim area.

Get off at the Broadway exit. Make a right onto Broadway. The hotel is located at the second traffic light, on the right-hand side of the street.
*There are many options in the Cool Springs area if you are interested. I have been unable to secure a wedding block due to a large high school basketball tournament. DOWNTOWN NASHVILLE - Nashville International Airport is eight miles east of downtown Nashville. Downtown Airport Express Shuttle, taxi, bus and hotel/motel courtesy shuttle services are also available from the airport.
HOTEL/MOTEL CALL BOARDS - Baggage Level. Specific hotel/motels can be called from call-boards, which are located on the Baggage Level.
HANDICAPPED PARKING - Available in all airport lots. All airport operated shuttle buses in the long term and economy lots are equipped with wheelchair lifts for passenger assistance.

LIMOUSINE SERVICE - Carey Limousine operates limousine service to downtown hotels and other areas from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily. Fare is $20 for the first person, plus $5 for each additional person. Other airport limousine services are available on a pre-arranged basis.
MILITARY LOUNGE - In 2009, Nashville International Airport officially dedicated its military lounge. The Nashville International Airport military lounge is designed as a place for members of the U.S. armed forces and their families to relax while traveling. Located on the Ground Transportation Level.
OPRYLAND HOTEL DESK - Located on the Ground Transportation Level behind the escalator. You may confirm or make reservations and/or request various services.
RENTAL CAR COUNTERS - Rental car counters are located on the Ground Transportation Level. Cars are conveniently located in a covered area adjacent to the terminal building. Child seats are available on request.
